• AETNA: Our practice is in-network with AETNA in Colorado, New York, and Tennessee.

• OPTUM/UNITED HEALTHCARE: You can find us in-network with OPTUM/UNITED HEALTHCARE in Colorado, New York, and Tennessee.

• EMPIRE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD: We accept EMPIRE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD in New York only.

• BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD/BLUE CARD: Our practice is in-network with BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD/BLUE CARD in New York and Tennessee only.

• OXFORD: We accept OXFORD insurance in New York only.
